You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to your doorstep to initiate a return or exchange request. We are unable to accept requests made after this 7-day window.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and product packaging must be intact and included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or invoice available.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items that have been worn, laundered, or altered.
  • Any promotional or “final sale” items (if specified during the purchase).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Trendy Tribe will cover all associated return shipping costs.
  • Change of Preference: If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a change of preference (e.g., size change or color preference), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or store credit promptly. Refunds are typically processed via bank transfer to your provided account. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account once the return has been finalized.
