Shipping & Delivery Policy


At Trendy Tribe, we are committed to delivering your premium apparel and accessories safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We want to reward our customers for shopping with us. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan with a total value of PKR 3,000 or more.

  • For Orders Below PKR 3,000: A standard flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout. This fee is calculated based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your items reach you promptly.

  • Major Cities: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4–7 business days depending on the courier service’s network reach.
    Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier operational issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment method for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Payment Verification: For high-value orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order details before dispatch.
  • At Delivery: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the courier agent upon arrival.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier company’s website to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trendy Tribe purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Exchange & Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return request.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order invoice or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Request

  • Please provide your Order ID and a brief reason for the return/exchange.

4. Shipping Back to Us

If you are returning an item due to a change of preference (and not a defect), the shipping costs for sending the item back to us will be borne by the customer. If the item is defective or incorrect, Trendy Tribe will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will process your refund (minus any applicable shipping charges) via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
